Therapy can be essential in providing a safe environment to navigate through life’s many challenges.  It can provide emotional support, as well as, help individuals redirect their current life paths to new and healthier perspectives. I believe that each client’s circumstance is unique and I use different forms of treatment to shape my therapeutic approach.

I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers. My practice is based in Durham, North Carolina where I live with my family.
